We were looking for a seat insert for our Römer baby car seat and decided to try this product. It is handy that the headboard is removable - our seat had an extra head restraint so that it was not needed. Rein of the dimensions is this probably quickly too small. Nice thought along but that you can attach the headboard individually through the Velcro. In Baby seat the child is nicely supported and no longer slides back and forth. Since then, very much in there asleep while driving! The only drawback is, as already described the previous speakers that the children quickly inside sweat, especially in summer. I also found it sometimes cumbersome to get the kids out of the cushion back out.
