I bought a Galaxy S4 in June on the Amazon site through their MARKET PLACE, BIG WARNING WORRIES of after-sales service if you have any problems with the product. My Galaxy S4, after just three months of use, began to die out unintentionally and I could no longer standby by plugging it into the mains (not great when you are on the street for a mobile phone) . After contacting the Amazon site my nice seller (the company "redcomshop" I counsel you to avoid) without any response from them, I went live with AMAZON you need to know and there is no longer involved quAMAZON nothing, it's not their problem, there are supposedly an intermediary between you and the seller (they have carefully selected to appear on the site AMAZON and on which they perceive, in my opinion, a commission for every purchase). The main problem is that I did not receive an invoice from the seller with my purchase therefore not possible to play after-sales SAMSUNG wonder which of course an invoice. The purchase confirmation email from AMAZON has no value. While on the seller never answered me AMAZON and told me they can not do anything for me. I think that's the part of SCANDALEUX AMAZON is a total disregard for customers who come to buy products on the AMAZON website confidently (I never bought this product directly to the seller's site). I bought a battery at my expense and I cross my fingers that the problem does not come as a defective battery, otherwise, I can throw my Galaxy S4 in the trash .... WARNING so if you bought on dAMAZON MARKET PLACE valuable products, I suggest you check that you receive an invoice with your order if not, immediately returned the article using the guarantee to finish, I do not think that dailleurs it is legal to sell products without invoices in France.
