The print quality is rather good in a satisfactory range. Even in the best quality not as convincing as that of my former HP 8500 Pro. The pictures are ok, but a little pale. It did not change the setting of the best quality.
Copies are also slightly worse than the original. Even in the highest quality setting, they are more in the satisfactory range.
In a scan you have to reckon with a certain loss of quality.
But all in all a good, satisfactory range and for a printer in this price range certainly a good value.
What is the ink consumption, I can not judge. But there seems to be some offers from other manufacturers, which are an inexpensive alternative and reduce printing costs.
The faxing works well, you can select whether or in what way you want to have read receipts. Great.
The access time wireless I find very quickly. Approximately 10-15 seconds after the print job, the printer starts to rattle.
Here is a small gripe. The paper feed sounds as if the printer is broken. But this is not so, the simple sounds just like that. The printing noise itself is present and clearly audible. As a super loud but I do not feel that.
It can be Din A 3 printed because the printer feeds the leaves crosswise. But is only for an emergency, in which no case for continuous printer A3.
The printer can automatically print duplex, works quickly and well.

Side note to the service of Brother
I now had a little problem with the duplex printing .. I had tried time after purchase, worked, but I did not pay attention to the orientation of the expression .... Well I had to create the printer Flyer.

The ink consumption is otherwise so that I with the starter cartridges the first black and color cartridge had to change for good 850 print and now after 1000 Print change the remaining two color cartridges need .. So quite a good result.
Paper Feed
here there is unfortunately now and then problems. The transverse draw seems to be somewhat more susceptible to as a longitudinal draw .. A paper jam has proved difficult to resolve, then worked but.
One can safely confront the problem somewhat by paper care, principally a longitudinal draw is less sensitive to interference but .. Nevertheless, the Brother is quite reliable so far and just very easy to operate.

Again contact Brother and within two days of the printer has been picked up at home and sent to Brother for repair. after a total of 5 days was the printer repaired back.
