One or two Vorrezensenten have claimed this headset is not compatible with Android smartphones. I own an iPhone and an HTC One X. When I connected the handset to the HTC, I was very happy. The display showed me in the top bar the symbol for "headset is connected". I asked my wife to call me immediately to test if I can use the phone as a headset. Yes, it also works with Android smartphones not only with Apple iPhone. My HTC has released version 4.1.1 Android Jelly Bean. The voice quality is very good and my wife was able to understand very well, although I was in a very noisy environment, and indeed in the middle of the street. Otherwise, everything has been said.
