allows for very nice to decorate vegetable spaghetti sautéed vegetables or noodles. Works very well with zucchini, very long long spaghetti. Different with carrots (which should be large), allows for shorter spaghetti, but very good for stir-frying. The blades are very sharp, to be careful when handling. Very easy to use, takes up little space in the closet
