Manufacturing defects or low quality?

The first adapter I received almost could not get into the USB ports on my computer because of raised inside edges that blocked the insertion, even by force. I put a picture to show, since we do not find anywhere (the photograph was taken a few minutes after opening the package, so it's like new condition).

I sent the product, and the one I received in return had the same defect. But is this a defect, or a very low quality of finish? The new comes a little less difficult in the USB ports, but I still had to force early, which is abnormal

I use it with a Bluetooth speaker (Fidelio Philips P8), but about three or four meters, in the same room or next door, music regularly cut. There I placed the enclosure to three meters straight, unobstructed, and the signal is virtually zero I also tried with a Bluetooth speaker kit, and I was surprised to get a sound that was saturated (no problem when the music from a smartphone, by cons).

The blue flashing light is quickly tiring.

In short, I absolutely do not recommend this, but perhaps I have come down on the wrong series.

As for software, it is easy to install, but instead on the desktop icon impossible to remove through normal processes! We must open the Windows registry and delete the key that corresponds to the shortcut to be able to remove it is painful, I like to manage my desk as I wish.
