Dolcer by EasyAcc Touch Control Bluetooth speaker (music play Micro SD cards and USB sticks, FM Radio), Black (Wireless Phone Accessory)

Customer Review

In my little review I want to compare these speakers with some other portable speakers.
Candidates are:

- Dolcer Airnotes (about 30 Euro)
- MusicMan MA speakers (stereo version, without display) (approximately 22 euros)
- CSL "Bluetooth Sound System / speakerphone (incl. Microphone)" (about 30 Euro)
- Smartfox "Mini HiFi speakers with radio, MP3 player, alarm clock, calendar" (about 16 Euro)

**** Appearance and processing ****

- Dolcer: Solid matt surface which wertig feels like to a metallic speaker grilles packaged in good design, only in black and white available (4 stars)
- Musicman: Many colors, high-quality metal casing, unfortunately in my version no speaker grill (you can jump for things to open speakers with loud music) (4 stars)
- CSL: Little choice of color, but very good workmanship and a lot of metal. The round LED lighting around the speakers looks very good (4.5 stars)
- Smartfox: Many colors, metal housing, speaker cover made of plastic, but beautiful orange luminous display. (4.5 stars)

The victory goes to the Smartfox, but the other devices also act quite high!

***** Sound: *****

- Dolcer: Very natural treble, good midrange and solid, not exaggerated bass, to almost no background noise (4.5 stars)
- Musicman: highs and mids okay, not felt as good as when Dolcer, for better stereo effect, unfortunately you can hear bass only extremely weak out. Part whimpering when quiet operation. (3.5 stars)
- CSL: Bass Technically the Best brings loose a table to vibrate, unfortunately somewhat unclear heights, background noise louder than the Dolcer (4 stars)
- Smartfox: Does not sound so voluminous as the competition, but only costs 15 euros, but the bass is stronger than the Musicman, but not as good as the CSL, highs and mids are okay, a bit like the CSL. (3.5 stars)

Here the Dolcer offers the best sound, who is on massive bass but can also rely on CSL.

***** ***** Bluetooth

- Dolcer: combined with pleasant feature announcements, simply enable BT Simple Pairing the mobile phone and the speakers pairt automatically. In addition, you can the speaker sometimes take a room further. (5 Stars)
- CSL: Unfortunately I had the cell phone via the Bluetooth menu often reconnect to crashes but was not on connection. Unfortunately, the range is not as high as during Dolcer, and annoying soundscape before pairing. (3 stars)

The other candidates have probably price factors no Bluetooth feature, but what else can we better see.

*** Additional Features ***
- Dolcer: Provides MP3 playback from USB flash drive or SD card. This works well, too many titles but you should not have, there is no folder function, no Spool function in the title and also the change between Title takes about a second. The radio is okay, if you have the USB cable plugged in. Unfortunately, there is no frequency display, so you err something blindly through the frequency band. Line-In function works fine. (3 stars)
- Musicman: Also offers MP3 playback from USB and microSD, unfortunately, no folder navigation, title change is somewhat faster than the Dolcer and coils within a title is also possible when radio is mistaken and blind through the frequency band, but with a solid receiver with connecting cables , Line-in also works fine here
- CSL: Has no special features except Line-In, which also works well. (2 stars)
- Smartfox: The winner, thanks to receiving strong radio with frequency display, folder navigation in storage media playback and even a clock with alarm by a beep, radio or your own music. Line-in also works, (4.5 stars) but you have something often press MODE to call up the function

*** Service ***
- Dolcer: Has modern, but getting used to touch buttons, at the volume control (turn on the blue circle) happened there often that one suddenly several stages switched upwards and then frightened. However, you do not need the keys absolutely, because you can fix anything on the phone (with BT and Line-In of course) (3 stars)
- Musicman: Solid buttons with good tactile feedback, separate volume buttons for precise volume control (4.5 stars)
- CSL: Double assignment of the plus and minus buttons with track changes and volume (short press: Switch track, press and hold: volume), unfortunately rings the volume after about 1 sec from soft to loud, but you're also here to rely only on the power button. and can remote control as a "nice little bonus" consider (3.5 stars).
- Smartfox: The best, the keys can be good blind sensing and the pressure point is very good. Practical folder button USB / microSD playback, so you can skip a lot of tracks easily.

***** ***** Battery
Dolcer: red Geblinke Low Battery, red illuminated ring loading, duration about 4-6 hours. Nice would be an announcement that says the percentage of the battery still has, but you can not have everything. (4.5 stars)
Musicman: I do not know if I got a Monday device, but after some time the battery went after a few minutes to run out, at the beginning he held a maximum of 2 hours. No precise battery indicator, but flashing light begins to be darker in low battery, when charging the LED is red, even if the battery is already full (2 stars)
CSL: about 4-6 hours of battery life, unfortunately, no indication when the battery is low, the LED lights up when charging and turns off when it is full (4 stars)
Smartfox: Solid period of 4-6 hours, but no warning of low battery, unless you provide the speaker loud and if he runs out of battery power is low and you get quiet a little sprinkling. Unfortunately, constant light LED loading, even if the battery is full.

Conclusion:
As for Bluetooth and sound can I lay the Dolcer each warmly. Who rather uses the USB function and the radio function and no Bluetooth needs is best served with the Smartfox.
