I have 4 or 5 DLNA clients tried and determined all sent back to the next or the next day. The Media Plug the other hand, works wonderfully - when one has managed to get him into an existing protected wireless (the Media Plug is based on a private WPA-protected network, there must be another computer come in to him, then the final network beizubiegen what with me browser only works with Chrome than I the notebook simultaneously via cable internet connection was). But then: everything is wonderful, the Media Plug is found by Windows 7 and 8, and the various Android DLNA Controlern (Beam and BubleUPNP). The sound is good especially free from interruptions and Aussettzern, chirps the device itself or whimpers. I have now three of those things - that says it all.
