Unfortunately, I have also had great difficulty going to invite the Office down. Demand when Microsoft support showed that the problem is well known and has not been corrected. Aha, interesting in the world's largest software manufacturers ...

With some effort I succeeded, reinzukopieren my email address, I have tried several times to ask for so the confirmation e-mail with the key, all attempts with other browser and other email address failed. My first phone call after 2 days showed that the current 5 - 7 days per lasts until you get a confirmation. That in itself is an impertinence for a download offer. Especially I call after 17 days again, I am connected in an endless queue.

Ultimately, it has now been found that the problem also lies with Amazon: with the email with me the purchase has been confirmed, I only get the download link sent to you. And you follow this link, then you come to the form that is not working. With the help of Amazon I am now one decisive step further. So here's the procedure for all those with whom it does not work:

1. Search Product Key from Amazon, which is found under "My Account" under the heading "My Games & Software Library".
2. Go to the page [...] and there enter the product key.
3. Fill in the identification form by reinkopiert email address via "Copy / Paste" in the form field (as long as the @ sign does not work)
4. Confirmation Email (came at me at once) to call and click on the link. For me, it downloads straight.

Besides the fact that it's embarrassing for Microsoft, of course, if such a form is not working and the support actually offers anything as a service, the problem here is more on Amazon, do not send for a link to verify page, where you first must enter the product key, on the other hand does not indicate in their mail on where which can be found since.
