The product does not work with network drives. Our computers (Windows + Ubuntu) all access network drives, only Paragon Backup & Recovery 15 do not show.
A support request has not been answered, there is no FAQ to and for a timely response to a support request an additional support contract is necessary with the 79 - 149 beats per case or per year to book.
