What is missing is a recipe booklet. From the enclosed brochure only cooking times and temperatures for different dishes can be found. I browsed for new preparation ideas simply times in the recipe book of Actifry and tried various dishes varied. The Actifry works differently than the Vitair at a fixed temperature of about 150/160 degrees.
The only drawback at the Vitair is (besides the lack of recipe book) the development of odor.
