For the Bosch MUM I decided, because my grandmother (weekly Kuchenbackerin) for many years and it has MUM swears. Also in the washing machine I let myself already by her advice and did not regret the Miele purchase, but I digress again starting. We are sorry!
I have the device extremely satisfied now for almost a year and am. She's fantastic equipped and can iron all except scheints. I use mainly the Schnitzler, the mixer and the Teigrührhaken.
1.) Schnitzler: Super! Have a carrot cake made - glorious as in 2 minutes a kilo of carrots were small grated. After briefly rinsed under running water, ready. When I am thinking of the knuckles hazardous scratch-grater-hour, I get still sore muscles in the fingers. The Schnitzler is powerful, quiet, and very quickly. There are only a few remains between grater plant and Schnitzel application hang. This can probably avoid not quite.
2.) Mixer: Great article for shakes and smoothies. Ice cubes, milk and fruits pure, raschelraschel - already are your friends impressed in summer. Saved a lot of money, a "Blender" you do not need an extra. Super also: for me everything is in the dishwasher, is no problem at all with this machine.
3.) stirring hook: there are three different with the delivery. Wow! One for beating (egg whites or cream) - works great. I read in some review that would not work so well ... I do not understand, for me that's really great - the best egg white in a minute! Then there is a dough hook for yeast dough - also great, but I use not so often. And my favorite hook is a kind of paddle attachment, which I use for stirring of dough, which are not so tight, so Rührkuchenteige. Only today again 1A cookies made with it. Mhh ....
Short time to the Angelina Jolie-points of this machine (ie the minus points):
1) the juicer is silly. First, completely oversized, I can do that part at all anywhere deposit in my little kitchen and secondly from plastic windy, so I will not use that thing. Perhaps somewhere a garage rent for the part?
2.) For me yes all comes in the dishwasher. That should not make the mincer inner workings, however. That is probably made of aluminum or so and something snapped it reacts and is darker in color (I ignore such animosities, however - minced meat I buy anyway as minced meat).
3.) The filling of other ingredients is a bit awkward during the operation: somehow the arm above the dish is so large that there is little Einfüllmöglichkeit for later additions. So machine, arm and then the arm and the beaters still bothers quite a bit. But that's probably something like that in all machines. Mh ... rather minor problem.
4.) Tip from another Amazon User: there are inexpensive secondary bowls for 20 Euro. I love it! For example here: Bosch MUZ5KR1 plastic mixing bowl for Bosch food processor MUM5 That's great if you like I can not be bothered, in between rinse. :)
Oh Mum, I forgive you all these little mistakes and rejoice every day to your good looks (metal look, red light button, clear lines) and easy cleaning (almost no cracks where the flour can hinverkriechen be!), your powerful, BMW-like engine noise and all the bells and whistles. Let finally swish the Angie!
And now one last tip: I love Amazon, but the price here is partly up to 30% higher than that can be found online otherwise. Look times in the comparison shopping search engines to because the machine is designed for clearly have less than 200, including all the accessories. And if you know the times, it's actually no longer a question whether this is the best machine here, right?
So bye, her American cars in the world, we buy again German brand quality (David Fitz really single?)
