Informative, enjoyable and full of conviction

A small bright and pleasant book to read that covers many aspects of fasting considered as a means to promote the capabilities of the body get rid of toxins, recover, restore.
The book does not provide all the practical details needed for an autonomous experience. I was told that it was better for this aspect, read "Fasting: Lose weight, eliminate, detoxify" H. Lützner that hides behind a serious title to be the envy of some women's magazines.

Some points and the lively and enthusiastic tone of the book of G. Bölling presented as a long interview with a journalist (fictional), reveal a deep conviction. Those tempted by the experience, still hesitant, probably will feel encouraged.
But all that is advanced on the dietary fasting (which wants to disease preventive and restorative energy) is it really based on? The arguments of opponents and potential skeptics are not discussed, and the literature has only references along the lines of praise of fasting.
So keep the objective "pro fasting" of the author in mind while enjoying the informative quality and amenity of a small book that offers readers the way the opportunity to question the pace of its meal habits and family beliefs and / or cultural needs in food.
