From a friend who was happy and good cooks me this MastroChef Ottoni pan recommended. The first impression: rather difficult, but still very handy. The handle has a silicone insulation and is thus equal to a tactile barrier. Nothing sticks or cakes to. Whether pancakes, fried eggs, Bratkatoffeln, fish and meat, everything is super fried. While this is clearly not a cheap pan, but worth a top choice and their money !!! Can I only recommend just like my friend.
