TomTom HOME "No Device Connected" ... :( - UPDATE: Now running's and HD Traffic is just great!

The product itself is great, but the TomTom HOME software recognizes the Navi not überhaput.
All attempts on Mac or Windows, still no Verbidung to HOME software.
No info in the Tomtom site.
When I connect to Live 1000 via USB to my computer, nothing happens (although the computer recognizes a connection to the GPS) and the Navi shows the following message "to establish a connection between your TomTom navigation device and your computer you simply need to TomTom com / getstarted visit ". Simply click "OK" and nothing happens's. I have visited the site, but nothing happens's still ... :(
5 stars for the device.
1 star for the non-working Home Software and zero support or information about the Tomtom.com website.
I wait for the feedback from customer support.

(There splints so from that TomTom have released the Navi so quickly to the market that they have completely forgotten the Home software to update drivers ....)

UPDATE 30/04/2011: Software and Map Update works for a couple of months. The HD Traffic is just great! particularly in the city - often almost meter exactly with the traffic reports. It has saved my "life" in traffic several times. A pair of bug here and forth, but overall I find great! So from 3 to 5 stars!
