Delivery and packaging calamitous, but the chair up to my expectations

Armrests, tilt, seat height and backrest height (perfect for lower back) are adjustable.
Hardware, wheels, and other parts exude quality. The covers and fabrics also seem good bill even if it is to verify the long term.

A little game in the arm but nothing very bad.
Missing 2 washers for installation.

I removed one star for delivery and packaging, which have been disastrous.

Purchased 150, it was a very good value, although I would probably not taken at the current price (which almost doubled ??).
