Spritzpökeln no problem with this syringe

I have gained this Marinierspritze because my old syringe has found its way into the residual waste (never pick up the syringes between other kitchen utensils in the drawer, which destroys the Acryzylinder, a buddy is also happening).

Due to the acquisition was the project to make pork and pork neck to brining to grill ham in BBQ Smoker. To shorten the Curing time to two days I decided on Spritzpökeln.

Here's a nutshell Pros and Cons:

+ Large capacity, yet handiness
+ One-hand operation possible, ie also raising through the cannula comes with one hand
+ Good ergonomics
+ Cannula has two side openings and is closed at the top, so the openings can not become clogged with meat
+ Close
+ Easy to clean, in the piston can screw a dishcloth

- The cannula can be tighten by hand, but difficult to solve again without tools. Go, but hard ...

Except for the one drawback I am fully satisfied with the Marinierspritze RÖSLE. Each 300 gr brine were injected close instantly in the two hams. I would buy the syringe again.

Now the grill ham just have to taste :)
