Now everything works

I have the BDP 5600 bought for my daughter because she has a Philips TV with Smart TV. Before I give him, I thought, I judge him only once with me and test it for 4 weeks.
The latest update V1.16 I immediately draufgespielt
Blu rays are good, DVDs also, no crashes.
But it is definitely not possible to use the ARD and ZDF media library.
But I have decided specifically for this expensive player because the device is integrated WiFi and use the libraries!
The problem I have Philips already gemeldet.Da many people have these problems in the support forum, should an update be created when is uncertain. I am sorry to the player therefore return with the option to order it again later.
Feel a bit as a tester (s. Also my review on the BDP 9700). Too bad!

Have the player now a 2nd time buy, because the latest firmware update 2:10 should have corrected all errors. However, the update is not online, but get only a USB stick from the Philips support page. Beautiful as now everything is working, which is why I chose him (including libraries). Also the wireless is immediately recognized again when the plug was pulled.
Why not to Philips? If amazon return costs and saves me a lot of headaches.
Now he gets from me full 5 stars.
