The answering machine works perfectly, but I have not tried it yet to record a separate announcement (enough for me, the two standard announcements completely - one for the function with message recording and no recording).
The voice quality I find totally fine, I understand my interlocutors always good and this me, and even though I call on VOIP.
In terms of coverage within the home between the base and handset, there were no disturbances still with me.
Only the batteries held beginning not the time specified by the manufacturer. However, this improved from loading gear to loading gear. But this I must also mention that I put the phone only in the base when it is actually empty, and then always at least 10h charging (ie mainly overnight). Thus, I now could the standby time of initial 2 days with occasional calls within half a month by Teaching the batteries already increase to twice (4 days). I hope to further increase.
Skip to telephone else can I say that the menu is fairly intuitive, but it does no harm to the manual times read.
What possibly something can confuse, is that the reason the phone's display always shows the menu, but you get used to. In standby, you can set a time display.
Ringtones, there are not too many, you can also not up load, but under the existing found determined for each an appropriate / more bearable, though not particularly extravagant great.
In stored numbers, the name and number is displayed.
So all in all a very solid landline telephone with voice mail for a reasonable price (I have it snatched a warehouse deal for about 15 euros) - and accordingly recommended from my side, even though there are certainly better phones, but which then also cost significantly more ;-)
