Delivered is a small sturdy cardboard. Inside is the Silk'n device Glide incl. German instructions and a power cord. The device is not as hard and big as I thought at first. It is very comfortable to hold. On the device there is an on / off switch and a power level, which can be adjusted from 1 (low) to 5 (high). The cable is long enough so that you can move around freely without being well next to the electrical outlet.
For a comparison to an expensive treatment through the beautician I have not. I chose the Silk'n Glide because I did not want to wrangle me with daily shaving and stop.
First, I have the manual, which is by the way very enlightening and informative studied. Before the first treatment you have ran again to the good old razor. Still about me: I am a Scandinavian with medium to dark brown hair. My hair is very thick, even on the legs of the growth is strong. The first experience with the machine refer to the legs.
Here we go: When you turn on the Silk'n Glide and holds onto the skin area to be processed, the device does not begin until the light pulses submit. Once you away the device from the skin listen to the light pulses. I like this fuse very well, so you can not accidentally so shine in their eyes or otherwise hurt. The device is really only light pulses from when it is with skin in conjunction. In grades 1 and 2, I realize not really what. At level 3, the treatment site begins to twitch and tickle. Should only be treated by the legs to allow 20-30 minutes before the first time! After the treatment, my legs have felt warm. It has thus done what. Shortly after my skin reacted with red dots, but this disappeared quickly. After 2 days are back again some hair.
In the next few treatments all went even easier by hand. Also within 2 days after the next treatments, the hair had grown back. I can with the statement that feel the hair softer and thinner are only conditionally agree. And the red dots were again for a short time since.
Incidentally, it is worth mentioning that the machine is not warm or hot during the treatment!
To assess the Silk'n Glide reminds me of a little hard. On the one hand there are the extremely high cost. I also underestimated the time it takes for the treatment! One treatment lasts longer effective as the daily wet shaving aggregated. A permanent hair removal is not in sight after repeated use. If something changes in the coming months, I will add my review - The device promises a reduction in hair growth of about 50% after the third or fourth treatment, one should not forget !!! Well, maybe it takes in my case, more treatments ...

After further treatments with the Silk'n Glide my situation has not improved. As before, the hair grows everywhere. It seems to me, than would have been slightly thinner hair. The device promises but visibly less hair, what with me not absolutely the case. Meanwhile, I am annoyed already, having bought this device at all. With a possible devaluation of the assigned stars I want to wait a few more treatments. I'll stay tuned on, and will report back.

I have come to the conclusion that the investment in the device was a waste of money. After many software applications, the result can not be seen. The hair will grow further after at all points. The one or other hair has become a bit thinner, but more one can expect from this device is not even apparently. From the purchase I would really advise against. There is nothing more to say.
