The plot is one thing: nice game with famous fairy tale and mythic motifs to knit their own little fantasy world of it and the myth surrounding the "hero" of the story: the Woodcutter. The chapters lined up close together, some are only one page long, many only two sides ... We read on and on and lurches quickly through the very scene way built venues. What has struck me above all under the spell is very lyrical and melancholy language. The style is quite simple, so no box sets or unintelligible foreign words and Fantasy gibberish, but the choice of words and the sound of metaphors and images is wonderful. A fantastic book to dream but also to shudder. Wunderbar!
