I have this lamp now has just over two weeks at work in continuous operation. The mechanical and optical processing is good. The "gooseneck" with the lamp is continuously and rotated in all directions and then stays that way. I could not see that the lamp would schweer for the joint and somehow shaky or so. I operate the lamp only in full power mode because they actually flickers at half power. Because the advertising promises unfortunately more than can hold the product. The lamp is good and relatively unobtrusive in order to make the workplace its "light therapy" can almost incidentally. And since "more light anyway better than half-power" is. And beautiful bright and contrasty, it is even. I find very pleasant. I do not regret the purchase and would buy again both the lamp and recommend. I bought but not here at Amazon but directly Androv. Is some euros cheaper and Amazon is indeed only an agent and not direct seller. And even when Androv can return the lamp easily when you realize the "testing" that you are not pleased with her.
14/06/2013: After 2,5 years as a workplace light in the office, so to speak 2.5 years continuous operation for about 8 hours a day, the lamp is now gone with a "puff" broken. After closer inspection, the electronic ballast set for the fluorescent lamp, which is located in the foot of the lamp out as the cause of the failure. That same day I have been pushing Androv and asked for a replacement part. The next day I received a call from Androv because you could not reach me by e-mail. Androv had a suitable replacement part and gave me this as soon as possible against payment of 25 euros. Today, three days after the failure of the lamp I have exchanged the electronic ballast, which is quite easily feasible for a Leien because all cables are connected to special inconfusable connectors. The lamp lights up again and I'm happy ;-)
