This review is aimed primarily at large and slender men. All others should so please do not take my criticisms and remarks personally. I myself am 191cm tall have a hip circumference of 94cm and a stride length of 81cm, measured on the inside of a well-fitting and classic cut jeans. I have slim thighs and generally a lean physique. These body measurements it is always quite difficult to find clothing that is the height correspondingly long, but not much volume has and baggy depends on the body. I was looking for an outdoor pants, which is inexpensive and has high demanding and have therefore very pleased when I saw that Leo Köhler Feldhose be also in size 98, which corresponds exactly to my suit pants size and a long and slender section. Somewhat skeptical then was the look at the label of pants called 34-34 / 98th Sobering was then also fitting. The trousers were up so tight that I could hardly close the button for the length more than 3 cm longer than my legs are long incl. Boots. In addition, the pants has a lot of volume, which of course is normal for a pair of pants from the military sector, but not a corresponding 98. I'm not expecting pants with modern interface, which is close to the body, but the excellent manufacturer size 98 is clearly too wide and long even if one puts together in military style the waistband over the boots together and leaves hanging over the boots. Disappointed I sent the pants back.
I point out again that this is a review for large and slender men. The pants in itself looks great and feels with the moleskin fabric very pleasant on the skin and a large number of men expected the pants also fit like a glove, but I with my body measurements have unfortunately not able to find the right size and hope thus being able to help people who are facing the same problem. I answer questions like my comment.
