While most bags look chic but are not really practical. But that falls mainly only on times when you had a functional bag, so just once a list of what I like about this bag:
Strap on top of the cover:
This is really very practical. One can there good times chucking a damp shirt or jacket and a little dry while driving. Without having to plug the sweaty part with all the other things in the bag. Likewise, you can because sometimes in span 2 bottles when traveling at night the luggage with the saddlebags from the wheel takes to go to the hotel room. Or simply for the cycling gloves when you undress times briefly to something to do on the bike. Under the band they are in good hands and do not fall into the muck.
Even a little note about color in the picture: The strap on the lid is black in my pocket and not red.
Inside pocket with mesh and zipper top in the lid:
There reinpasst what one quickly needs and what must not be lost when muddle in his pocket. With me are the default wallet, house keys and cell phone.
Expansion zipper to make larger the bag:
This was a very important point for me. With most pockets can open a zipper and can then open the lid on one side higher. That gives a little extra space, but not much. In this case the zipper 1 1/2 runs around the pocket. This makes it possible to take up the cover in the full surface. That is twice the space gain. Especially during the transitional periods where you going in the morning runs at very cold temperatures are the the necessary space to the warm clothing is usually little space-saving noon to stow away.
3 outside pockets:
Everything here comes in what you want to have very close at hand. My tool, puncture repair kit, granola bars and what you have just fast times at hand wants without rummage in the depths of his pocket.
The left and right exterior pocket even have a small zipper compartment again.
It comes with a carrying strap that can hang in 2 plastic eyelets at the front and rear. This is very convenient if you want to take a piece of times the bag. Or hands-free need to carry additional luggage bags.
For my taste, the bag has a comfortable size.
It is not really small, but to my mind still not overloaded suitcase.
The manufacturer specifies it with 36x20x22 cm.
My measurements have shown: length 36cm including the tail bag, width 27cm when fully loaded side pockets and height 20cm or 27cm if as described above was drawn..
The approximate internal dimensions of the main compartment are L: 29cm B: 17cm H: 19-26cm. These are only approximate, because the bag is not 100% stiff and something can be stretched in the directions.
For thrill-seekers E-bikers will be noted that a current Bosch battery is attached to the frame (with the the Porter I have no experience) can fits in your pocket.
The build quality seems to be good. I have not yet all too long so remains to be seen how the bag strikes in continuous use.
The attachment of the bag with the Velcro straps on the luggage rack, I can not judge because I have it rebuilt for Odlo-carrier system. This requires some tinkering, however, to make.
