Class in material and function

Like the other two resolutions MUZ8NV1 and MUZ8NV2 does this Pastavoratz outstanding!
Let dry slightly the rolled pasta sheets and a little Flour and then passing through this roller for cutting. Works great.
The workmanship is very high quality and really very satisfactory. No comparison with pasta machines that need to be cranked by hand, because you really enormously saves lot of time and by the drive by Kitchen Machine !!

However, the noodles are really fine !! Rather like vermicelli. For this very useful.
For this purpose the roller MUZ8NV1 a thickness 7-8 roll.

For normal pasta I'd roll out the dough sheets slightly thicker before.

Cleaning is also very easy. I release the rollers after use with a soft Pinzsel the remaining flour dust.

Suffice it to remember that is required for installation on the food processor nor the adapter MUZ8AD1 !!
However, I had him anyway from the mincer set.
