Nevertheless, I've tried the amino acids L-Glutamine powder and am quite pleased with it. Just after the cycling (in mountainous hinterland) muscles often protested and it was always hard for me to the baser instincts confront and rise again.
Since I take the powder regularly, I feel much fitter and more powerful.
The taste I find it rather unattractive, the manufacturer recommends a mixture with a protein preparation, but what I have not yet done so. I'll take that into the future into consideration.
The ideal amount and frequency must each find out for themselves, depending on weight and exercise program.
I have tried various dietary supplements in powder form, this one really dissolves well and is thus very good cook.
