Super fast (USB 3): I installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x64 on this key (in persistent mode 4GB Data), and on my laptop Asus 16GB of RAM, (which it is in Seven) I boot on the key and it "took off" faster than an SSD, less than 10 s for the Ubuntu desktop!
