This American metal polishing wadding can be applied to all unpainted metals such as chromium, aluminum, brass, copper or stainless steel.

First of all:
I strongly recommend to use disposable gloves before use. While I can find no indication on the packaging that the agents used herein may not come directly into contact with the skin, with my skin was then but a bit dry. I recommend the gloves if only because of the smell of soaked cotton, because this one gets even after repeated hand washing only back hard way.
Prior to treatment with the polishing wadding I strongly recommend pre-clean the surface and then to test in an inconspicuous area. The cotton itself (more on that later), although scratched nothing, but it is useful only to a limited somewhat if you have a few grains of sand or similar as an abrasive rubs on the chrome or other surfaces. Since then even the best polishing wadding nothing.
For my part I always take very little "fluff" in the size of 2-pieces from the can. (Tin should be closed immediately afterwards again) This can roam over the index finger and may well exert pressure, but also at the same time a sense of the underground, if it may result in a few scratches to impurities. Furthermore, the cotton, as already stated, impregnated with a solution that evaporates quickly at too great a withdrawal on a piece and is triturated more or less just a cotton wool on the surface. So rather use often enough.
In any case, the cotton is surprisingly productive. Often already wealthy few "fluff" the size of a half-cotton swab to all bicycles, etc. to deal with.
Said cotton I rub with your index finger, when more pressure is required with your thumb. Then you should let the treated surface a little at rest. After a few minutes, a white film is formed on the metal.
It has been my experience that a dry, old cotton cloth most suitable for polishing is. Here you can dodge etc. on old vests / t-shirts, which would in any case otherwise gone into the trash.
Once polished radiate many metals again like the first day. In particular with chromium, this effect is most pronounced. At the same time this product seems to leave something like a sort of protective film on the surface. Anyway, put many surfaces after significantly less or later rust on the previously treated with NEVR Dull.

Chrome strips or brass doorknobs looked after treatment as good as new. Bicycle wheels or handlebars shine again properly. Also very good experience I did with the removal of rust. This concerns me mainly my bike handlebars and the wheels, because the bike is in the wind and weather outside. Still you can see on closer inspection a few residues, but since you have then already look carefully.

I wrote as the title the word "surface treatment". Exactly for such a thing should NEVR Dull also be used. There is a slight polishing cotton wool that has been conducted at any of mine treated surface for any scratches. But this is also the same time restricting the batting. Once are deep scratches in the surface can here NEVR Dull also help only conditionally. It looks then maybe not so bad, but you can so effectively polish any scratches or the like. Here there is certainly more abrasive abrasive.

A great product. The slightly petroleum-like odor might scare one or the other. But you get an effective polishing agent to a completely reasonable price. For everyday household should last forever so a can. Who a 50s / 60s US road cruisers with lots of chrome decoration has needs but probably buy more often. Perhaps I have more before and after pictures set to illustrate the results.
Perhaps to mention yet: If in fact someone with the smell did not get along; can take a look at the polish "Elsterglanz" throw. This tube is also a good product at a fair price and does not smell so unpleasant. Personally, I find the handling of a paste but a bit more difficult than cotton, especially when working in a confined space, such as in chrome parts of motorbikes or similar
My tip: Try it out.
