The drives offer a stable power for a good price and are barely audible.
The server runs directly under my desk and if you do not listen carefully, can be heard from the server and the hard drives only a very delicate noise.
For me it was important for the acquisition that it is a mature technology and the recessions are very good. Here both aspects have taken and have therefore decided for the "green" instead of "red". The Internet research have generally shown that the "red" are indeed designed for 24/7 operation, these are the "green" as well, only that these are cheaper.
So far, they run fine in 24/7 operation.
