The machine arrived a day late with us. The packaging was fine and all parts were present. A detailed instruction manual came on a CD. A sample seam ended after a few bites, since the needle hit the needle plate. Several attempts to move the needle plate were unsuccessful. After a few stitches the error occurred again. Other tests I have not done and returned the machine.
