What the user manual?

On the positive side, we can say, as has already been mentioned, the player is good, he is not very heavy and that it easily detects the barcode.
We can also say that its price / quality ratio is interesting. One finds on the market certainly less dear readers but also much less reliable (I experienced)
On the negative side: the operating instructions as supplied with the unit comes down to a simple slip in German and English on one side to the other, in short nothing to really operate the player for the first time.
Thanks to advice other buyers, I have understood that to operate the player correctly, you had to go to the manufacturer's website [....] to load the operating instructions and in French (which is not more complete and therefore useless) but also and especially to download user demploi of BCST-10 (Bluetooth model)
Once these downloads, I only used the operating instructions and the BCST-10, I have the following codes scanned from point 10 of the operating instructions as: ENTER THE CONFIGURATION ENABLE EAN-13, SAVE AND QUIT and this to enable the reader read 13-digit bar code.
We then had to tell him that he would transmit the codes to Windows 8.7 (in my case), so I went in point 3 of user guide and i scanned all the codes of item 3 on Windows (the first top in last Completion low)
Finally, still had to make him recognize the French keyboard by scanning the code BEGIN, FRENCH, SAVE AND QUIT
Overall I am satisfied with my purchase but I find it unacceptable that it is necessary to go download information from the manufacturer's website so what could very well be on the way demploi paper accompanying the player.
This is only for this reason that I give three stars to this product that deserves five.
