I am w, narrow and sporty and eat healthy 90%, but in spite of a lot of sweat and regular training (4-5 x week for at least 60 min.) Is not yet a six-pack in sight. I find the belt to set new stimuli and is ideal for me. I use it not only for the straight, but also for the lateral abdominal muscles (one left, one right, C program at level 20 and increase me until the end to 23-25).
I've also used it for the Po and the back of the thighs. When Po I wrap the belt around your waist and at the thigh twice around the leg. Works fine here. I hope that doing that veringert cellulite. I use the belt until almost 2 1/2 weeks and can find a minimum reduction.
Initially, the stimuli were very violent, but currently I am always on the last step, but I like I said am relatively athletic and can easily make 70-100 situps through, but I am so far very positive from the product and enthusiastically use it for the straight abdominal muscles 1 x morning and my training days yet zusätlich for the buttocks and thighs.
I would recommend the product at the price and quality without hesitation.
