If anyone interested in chipsets (lt lspci.):
SATA3 ASMedia ASM1062
Ethernet RTL8111
USB3 Etron EJ188 / EJ198
WLAN RTL8188EE (works with hostapd)
Graphics Radeon HD 8330 (in AMD Kabini chipset integrated)
The performance is more than adequate for normal use (Internet, mail, writing, printing). For a server with no GUI use very useful. Fan in silent mode (1300 rpm at about 40 degrees) acceptable. The onboard graphics utilizes shared RAM, so a portion of system memory reserved for graphics board. Ram can be assigned up to 2GB of graphics in the BIOS. With 4GB in my application and all good. DDR3 1066 Ram was automatically detected by the BIOS and set up correctly. HDMI and DisplayPort is not at the same time (switch in the bios). I find it interesting nor the TPM connector on the board - who so engaged in disk encryption or certificates found in TPM still a nice gimmick.
This board is easily available and in terms of performance for the stated use perfectly acceptable with Ubuntu Linux.
