I am very disappointed in this device, in fact, I bought last year in April for 1 month and I can not use it, because it no longer draws air for put a vacuum food. Besides, I do not know who to ask for repair or replacement.

I addressed directly to the head office in Spain and they sent my address to the sales department in France who sent me a letter informing me of the replacement of the machine as it is under warranty 24 months. I was very pleasantly surprised with the result of my claim.
