The idea with the simulated sunrise and the music from the iPhone first sounds quite good. Unfortunately, the implementation as often with Philips products is carried out half-baked or bad.
- The iPhone has a problem or you have forgotten to plug, the wake-up Light has no function. A cleaner solution would have been to transmit the programmed alarm time in the alarm, so that the can at least draw attention to itself with a beep when a problem occurs. Better bad than not awakened!
- After a few days claiming the app there were no alarms programmed and the alarm icon on the lamp is off. Deleting and recreating the alarms did not bring anything, only after deleting the app and reinstall it in harmony again, but again only for a few days. Sorry, but if you have to pray every night that the alarm works the next day, then kanns not be. Incorrect operation I rule out because so incredibly much can not go wrong one.
- Negative I find also the sound of the thing. Other iPod docking stations with similar small speakers sound better.
I send them back and use my 10 year old 10-Noname-alarm again. Although the can not do much, but what he can he copes with flying colors: Awakening :)
