This is the kind of book you could read in one so it is easy to read, fluid and interesting. It is particularly clear, written in a straightforward manner - the reader feels that addresses him - with a touch of subtle humor. Very clear and precise drawings with which we learn some useful anatomy. But fear not, there is not a course, just enough to speak in clear terms of the body that is suffering. I also particularly like how the author "drives the point" at the end of paragraph saying otherwise above, as loans to Confucius, often with a smile: "Comfort must be cultivated as a precious orchid." I will offer this book to those of my friends who suffer from their backs. Now back pain had better watch out!
