Since I already have a larger hi-fi system with 3-way floor-standing speakers, still had something smaller forth for the bedroom and the kitchen. This Sony Radio surprised me really positive. Price / performance ratio fits very well.

Positives:

+ For the price a very good sound
+ Plays created MP3-CDs
+ Shuffle on CDs
+ Lit orange display
+ Beautiful design
+ Easy operation
+ Good radio reception
+ Very good remote meters. many functions

Negatives:

- Sorry, no station name display at the radio (no RDS)

Since I have no more cartridges, I can say to the cashier chain part, unfortunately, nothing. I would buy the device again. Thank you for reading. If you have questions I will be happy to answer them.
