1. Listening to music on the PC via USB port.
Here I can put a tick. The Nupro A-200 make it with flying colors. High quality recordings as of Stockfish Records or electric sound really great. Even pop music like Ariana Grande knows how to please. Poor recordings however are really bad play. The SoundTouch 30 is as gracious and also brings extra punch (no bass) in the songs. We know it from the Dr.Dre headphones. But that can also end the drone. The centers and the resolution are better at the Nupro Clear. Even the bass goes deeper and sounds more natural. The bass comes from the Nuberts is really hard for the compact size. For music more than sufficient.
Internet radio should be heard with either of them, that's really cruel.
In the A-300 I see these problems without setting up heavy room modes.
2. look gamble on Xbox One and Movies
Here the sound is really good. In Battlefield 4 flying a helicopter is the only way around the head. Sometimes I forget that it is only in stereo speakers. The bass is really deep. A subwoofer I need now is not necessarily in my area (14 square meters).
Now comes the but:
In movies you have the big old problem that voices are too quiet compared to effects. Also fine sound details go under, although they could play super Nupro. In quiet scenes must turn up one, then the sound is great, you understand everything. But the next moment a rocket flies over the screen and you have to go down about 15db, so one does not preclude flying the woofer. The problem lies not in the Nupro but the huge dynamic differences especially with DTS audio formats. It is clear that explosions must listen louder than the sound of crickets, but not at home can look at reference level films. Most cheap sets, and all AVRs have a dynamic limit which one can add (Midnight mode). Bose makes imho best because even low details be raised, compared to Audissey in which only the loud sound play in the volume will be automatically reduced.
Basically, however, this leads to a relaxing movie Look at normal volume, without the film would do with this compression now no longer fun.
This is exactly what is missing the Nupro and so it is impossible to view a single Blu-Rayfilm for me until now that I every 10 sec the volume by double-digit amounts db up and down screw must. Very important for the actual operation on the PC, because it's very close to the ear to the speakers. 95% of PC Lautsrpecher have an integrated loudness without the user sees or can at-auschhalten.
The solution here would be a cheaper AVR with Preouts. However, since I am purchased separately powered speakers to so do not stand a device need. Otherwise you could still correct by software on the PC. But as I look at a TV does not go that. While the Xbox One can also limit dynamics did not work not even with Dolby Digital. The connection to the headphone output on the TV has not brought much.
For me absolutely a shame, because the sound is actually in films phenomenally well.
Maybe I still think of something. I think one could make one probably at Nubert already thought this somewhere with install, is there also advertised so films to see. I wonder how others do, maybe there is still a solution for me. It concerns indeed the AS-250 Soundboard. Using a commercially available Logitech or Bose Companion Set You can watch all the movies without problems. Unfortunately, not in the quality as Nubert :)
