The Carina Evolution is already my second machine of Carina. I had the model Professionel with which I was more than satisfied already, it has in more than a year more than 10km (!!!) yarn sewn without any problems, without any loss of quality. On the Evolution attracted me the variety of decorative stitches and the script, otherwise my old machine would have made me happy for years. The bad reviews I can not understand. The Carina Evolution exceeded my expectations. The embroidery stitches are very nice, also the script, with proper material (fabric, thread, with thin materials Stickvlies, the correct presser foot) and the right attitude (thread tension, needle) I get very good sewing results. The engine runs very quietly and without error, the operation is simple and straightforward. It is important that the thread profile of the yarn and especially threading the lower coil are performed absolutely correct, otherwise it could lead to poor stitch formation, which is noted in other reviews as a major point of criticism. A poor stitch formation is about 95% to incorrect threading especially the lower thread. Even with thick layers of fabric, the Carina Evolution (as already the Professionel) no problems For customer service I can only say: Super and without any problems, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In my circle of friends there geibt 3 Carina sewing machines, all seamstresses are highly satisfied and would not hesitate to a model of this brand to buy. Please, dear seamstresses, do not be put off by the bad reviews, for the money you gain a great machine with a large stitch selection of which you will last a lifetime with proper use.
