The housing is small, pleasantly heavy and has an excellent feel. The display is large and bright, the equipment of the camera is certainly professional way. In the operation, you find yourself purely rapidly, it appears pleasant and logical to me.
The most important: The image quality is excellent. However, it seems to me that one can exhaust the high 24 MP resolution only at very good conditions. Noise also occurs already at lower ISO numbers on, but I find it perfectly acceptable to ISO 1600. Obvious incorrect exposures I had not have, not even when flashing. I bought the camera with the intention to occupy myself more with RAW. The RAW quality seems excellent to me.

+ Possibility of remote control by Flu-Card
+ Optional GPS module (possible in conjunction with the movable sensor Astro Tracing)
I can not say much to AF-C, as I previously had no fast objects and also not one of my preferences. One often reads that the competition lies with the AF-C still clearly ahead. (The same is probably true for the video function.) The AF in Live View could be faster.
For the price (it's appearance since going down) will be probably not find better.
UPDATE 08/09/2014: Over the summer ("a lot of light") has become my satisfaction increased significantly even with the image quality. When z. T. extreme Crops I get from the RAW still an outstanding richness of detail out.
Also the kit lens DA 18-135 WR has proven itself. (So far, I had mostly photographed with my Limiteds.) On a small family reunion with children usually in the range 30-100 mm from the hand, AF-S, usually ISO 250, 1/400 sec, Aperture usually 5/4 to 6/5: approx. 150 pictures, Committee 0, (slightly) blurry maybe 3-4 images possible for almost all strong crop Portraits of outstanding quality.
