I bought the middle of this year Galaxy S4. Always nice using a screen protector and outer casing thus not a Krätzerchen to the baby comes. Well, what a shock! What a tremendous chance because everything through the head. How long I've been thinking of investing the nearly 600 euros. 1. a maximum kudos to Amazon! Who buys here the greatest chances of getting a replacement, provided the damage is not too long after purchase.
2. Saturn eg asks first, whether you have completed the mobile phone insurance. (This seems to be probably necessary) If you have not finished, sends Saturn (and also Media Markt), the mobile phones of their own repair company not Datrepair. Costs are here for a display exchange at about 290 euros, which is surprising tidy. (Earned Saturn here again?) The S4 is at a Saturn model which is extremely frequently affected and is constantly returned, original sound by the employee. Have the unit repaired will be returned. However, the label with the serial number is abgeknibbelt. The sticker is present, has the Li Ken top of Knickerbocker and wrinkles as you know it from abgeknibbelten labels. Therefore, I assume that I have received a replacement unit. IMEI is true, but this can be adjusted manually if you have the technical possibilities. Everything seems okay. I have the equipment, holding slightly wounded in both hands and turned against each other. As expected, it crunches like already broken glass. It continues to be very flexible. So I'm going to grab it only in cotton. I'll also be a permanent hall with lid to get me, so that it is perfectly protected. Without, I will no longer get stuck into my coat pocket. The software on my phone is somehow different. Now have constantly an unstable network connection WLAN.
Now I assume Samsung that these measures are associated with the network providers. With the wrong keystroke a setting is saved which automatically switches from WLAN to telephone network if the Intwrnetverbindung is unstable. The Regio and the lock is flush the network providers more money into the coffers. Only weird, that was always my stable network before! Now, its enough!

... I think I'm crazy. The battery has become so burning hot during charging that has bloated the battery pack and blasted off the back cover. After the battery has cooled, he was indeed again thin, but he is still so thick that the lid does not fit. Well at least my phone is not flown the phone to their ears!

Did I not buy the great Samsung TV but from a different manufacturer.
Smartphones come from Nokia or alternative manufacturers.
Laptop instead of Samsung, ASUS (Just Right! After a complaint has been repaired without difficulty)
