Much turntable for your money

This turntable is worth for me every penny of its price. For one simple reason: He taught me the "listening to music" back. Do not load the CD, and then read the newspaper or clean apartment. Also, do not insert the memory card into the car radio and listen to the trip to the office MP3s. I'm talking about, to get a record out of the closet to take caution from the shell and to free from dust. Carefully set up the tone arm and short batting at the first crack together before the first rain creeps up spreads. To sit on the couch and listen to rich, warm bass and fine treble. That's possible with this record player and why he is to me worth the money.
Of course, it is neither the famous Technics he visually tried to copy. And he is not an old dual or Thorens. But the rest of my hi-fi system is not a high-end. I would hear the difference to a 10 or 20 times as expensive Dreher with the rest of my system? I doubt it. Here's are certainly worse than my Pioneer VSX 520 and my devil 5.1 system.
For little money I ordered a AT95E pickups and just mounted. Unfortunately I have to admit that the acoustic differences that I hear, are probably purely subjective.

During the year I'll reactivate my old Pioneer A449 and then operate the turntable on the phono input. For this purpose a pair Nubert boxes will then join. If the newly awakened HiFi stop passion, then the Dual DTJ will be replaced by something more elegant, higher-priced-.

On this occasion I would like to advertise an Amazon Marketplace seller: the new passion has meant that I bought some used plates on the Market Place. Here I found the seller music box. 100% positive reviews! For 3-5 I bought plates, which are better than new. The plates were washed, put in new sleeves (the originals were of course included) and the covers were wrapped in sheets. I am neither related nor do I get commission or discounts. I'm just enthusiastic customer .... sorry, I dedicate myself now again the music ... :)

Update after more than one year: The Dual has become now retired and from the envisaged Nubert boxes are Cantons. The Dual followed a Thorens DT 203 and a Musical Fidelity V90 LPS. Of course, everything looks much higher quality and touches her beautiful. But what matters is the sound. I find it difficult indeed to admit it, but the sound difference is significantly smaller than the 650 price difference could hope for.
