Perhaps Filtration is good but very disappointing building

I do not know yet what this filter filtration performance, but its manufacture is poor. The central joint is far from watertight, and the tightening, the lower part is cracked.
The filter becomes unusable before trying.
And the website listed in the box does not. Wrong.

Update: contacted the manufacturer of the product carrier replaced the same day.

Update 2: finally, despite the replacement of promise, I never received the product. And the service does not respond to my messages. Also, I see that the product is under investigation at Amazon. Duly noted!

Update 3: after three reminders by email, filter replacement has arrived. Thank you, but the negative aspect remains. Sorry.
