attention to "made in China"

It is certain that the product coming from China has a battery or circuit at a discount (I will look instead to the circuit). I have a 2 transmitters that I bought in 2000 and that is stamped "Made in Finland" and still works today, 18 January 2014. The other comes from China and was delivered with an ergometer in 2008, I keep silent origin .... it no longer functions as suddenly.
I opened it, and found that the battery was still at 3,051 volts is this far from a HS stack for a stack to make 3 V. I conclude that the circuit is poorly designed.

I managed to run it again with a new CR2032 battery (3,282), but I was wrong aside for dismantling. You must open with a side cutter T31 T34 logo or if one wants to change the battery without too much difficulty, but it is not a foregone conclusion because the rubber casing is very resistant and the circuit has a mechanical protection very difficult to remove if they are wrong side.
I acknowledge that I did not buy this product amazon, but I think being a good customer of this website to prevent material made in China is not reliable over time.
