Since I ordered the 2-year warranty when buying my tablet Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 "December 6, 2013, I have not received any confirmation email with my contract and start date and end of my guarantee.
He also had me send it by mail paper before 21 December 2013.
I have never received. Despite several reminders by phone to their customer service, I still have nothing to date.

I do not advise you that assurance, I even began to doubt whether the warranty work if I need it.
