I have just returned from the barbecues and there were juicy burger à la BK Extra Long Chili Cheese :-) And you can do that too !!! I use the grill for 1.5 years now we am very happy with it. It's my first gas grill. Since grilling is my new passion. I swore (how many) on charcoal grilling, wrong because of the taste! Who had a time a gas barbecue, laughs at the coal griller who like to start 30 minutes before and then the coal is so hot that it burns all over. Those who want real BBQ smoke flavor, lies down in addition to its gas grill a nice smoker / Pelletsmoker to. This is of course my idea but I have a balcony and it is therefore in a rented apartment no alternative. When the grill arrived, I was initially surprised by the size. Now I do not want to miss the barbecue area. I would have been chewed almost nen Weber Spirit, but have seen the (thankfully) times in a shop in Copenhagen and was disappointed by the processing in such a way that I have decided for the outdoor chef. In particular, the side shelves are very solid at the OC. Since you can put stuff on it super. In the Weber the tray twists at the slightest touch, because the metal is simply too thin = cheap mass production under a good name - pity. Maybe suitable for a Ferrero kisses. I think when you just have to Weber> 1000 invest, so you get something reasonable. Visually, the OC of the hammer and all are excited to see him. The only shortcoming is that the cooking grids do not match 100%, so this way when cleaning and slide around. As might have been quiet process 1cm longer cast iron.
