Here are my Quick Start Guide:
1) FireTV start and search the App there, buy and install
Start 2) App
3) to the turned-on IOS device wipe from bottom to top, the "small" Control opens
4) in addition to "Airdrop" now is me (there I had nothing else available) a field called "AirPlay" displayed
5) By ticking this box
6) there the lower field called "AirReceiver (AFTB)" button (instead of "Airplay" shows the device in the field under 4) shall now also "AirReceiver (AFTB)" on
-> From then on I could only photos and videos on the TV and did not see how I can get the actual Ipad screen on the TV set, therefore:
7) if you open the mentioned under 6 field, you can scroll within which even with a swipe gesture down. THERE is a "slide switch" called "Bildschirmsynchr." - The switch to green and scon you have the iPad 1: 1 on the TV screen.
Class, exactly what I wanted and very personal for me an enormous appreciation of FireTV !! Therefore, clearly full five points!
Additional notice from 08:11:14: today the TV screen remained black, despite the above procedure. The iPad was not mirrored on the TV screen. I could see only photos and videos. Solution: I have the Iphone even "right" off and then upward, then we went back (unfortunately took a while until I came out I ...).
Last but not least: you can find the app very easy, if you for example the word "receiver" in the voice control talks (microphone button of the remote control FireTV hold).. The app will then be displayed as it is here (with me just in the second place of the search result), "AirPlay & UPnP", with a gray, nondescript icon (as well as the whole app rather "old-fashioned" comes visually, but the result counts) ,
