Leading the way, I bought this laptop for study because I wanted a good size and good laptop. After a brief introduction to troubleshoot the installation of Windows 7 Home Premium I am very good and also came quickly with the laptop works. To assist in the installation of Windows 7: - Starts the laptop and press the F2 key when the Acer logo appears. This you come into the BIOS menu. - Now you should make you clever which setting in the BIOS for your operating system is really necessary (because there are two setting modes in the BIOS First, there is the UEFI and secondly the legacy mode.) - In my version of Windows 7 Home Premium, it was the legacy mode - Now you have under the boot menu select which drive / device to boot immediately after the start of the laptop first. Pre-installed in this laptop is the Linpus Linux (with the inexperienced but can not really start what) - Selects here if you for example have a Windows CD, the DVD drive, and pushes it on top of the list. If you want istall an operating system from a USB flash drive, you must set up the USB port to # 1. (Right on the side is as you move the drives can.) - Now put the CD or the Stick, saves and closes the BIOS menu so that the computer restarts. - If you have done everything correctly, you should now "CD / USB ... Press any key to boot from" appearing after the Acer logo set. So pressing any key (eg Enter) if this record appears. Now the installation should be started. - Should not appear this sentence, you have unfortunately your laptop "stalling" and restart again and again into the BIOS menu go to nachzusehn if everything is set correctly. -Have You an operating system installed, you must still jeglicheTreiber download. This you can do directly to the Acer website. (In order for you to the Internet, you must, however, on another computer firstonce download the Lan or W-Lan Driver and install a drive on the laptop.
Have you overcome that hurdle once and load the operating system, all drivers and updates, and install, you can now use the laptop at last. And I must say with personally like it very well. The LED display is also keen to taste brightness adjustable and thanks to the HD graphics. The 15.6 "display has a perfect size for surfing, work, watch videos, etc. 3 USB inputs are also very good, so you can simultaneously use multiple USB devices. A HDMI and VGA input are also provided, thus screen transfers are not a problem. An audio input for headphones is also available. However, there is no microphone input. What made me feel very confident person is the volume, because the laptop is very quiet even during full operation. Processor, memory and graphics card are also pretty good for this price.
So all in all you get for this price a very neat and good laptop which I can really recommend. And if one has overcome the initial hurdles, the laptop also makes really fun and you can work well with him.
