Reason to buy: 99.9% Telephoniere with BT headset, smartphone in your pocket, that is a "clock with call display" is a nice addition if you want to know who is calling before you take off via headset.
These (primary) reason to buy meets the Gear Fit excellent.
Problems (or limited feature) visit with all the other features that Samsung unfortunately handles proprietary:
Understanding of e-mails: Unfortunately not
Event reminders: unfortunately no
Synchronization of the "Fit" data with mobile app: only with Samsung Account (which I have not and do not want and probably on a non-Samsung Phone does not really work)
Problems of the device itself:
Pulse measurement is only possible in "hibernation", ie not playing sports under load - as suitable for this purpose then nice error messages and suggestions via display, also run on it, one should keep kindly quiet and the Gear Fit optimal position (and clean the sensor before, etc. ). Absolutely not practicable.
If all the features of Samsung smartphones work well, the Gear Fit is an extension to such a well recommended.
For all other users: too expensive BT's extension for the wrist, with clock and call preview and otherwise very restricted-use "fitness" functions.
Become the part probably pass on a Samsung phone users in the circle and on as the Huawei Talk strip wait (about half price, lt. Announcements) ...
