I hope our review helps those who still have doubts before purchasing an espresso machine:
1) General information
We continue to be excited about our DeLonghi Nespresso! Since more than a year she has been working to our full satisfaction in a 2-person household. Several times a day she gives us great tasting Espresso, Caffe Lungo, cappuccino or latte macchiato. Our guests get quickly up her coffee delicacies.
2) appearance and equipment
Amazing that reliable technology, rapid function and coffee diversity in this small machine plugged! The operation and "care" (it makes virtually alone and cleans itself at the touch even after the production of milk
foam itself) is easy. For this she still looks gorgeous from (I'm not talking about my wife!).
The pump performs comparably low noise work. A service does not apply: we used from the very beginning instead of our strongly calcareous tap quiet natural mineral water (eg Aldi 1.5 liters for 19 cents There are therefore almost no deposits in the water tank to see We suspect that it so well in.. the brewing unit and the lines look. Anyway, the coffee flows even after more than a year in a nice thick beam in the cup. The coffee (Caffe Ristretto by Nespresso!) tastes better than us also prepared with our tap water.
By the way we had initially doubts about whether the Espresso, Capppu ..... etc. hot on the table, since the machine
has no pre-heating surface for the cups. The worry was completely unfounded! So we also save electricity costs and even some memory-minute compared to a much more expensive machine with heating area that we had previously envisaged.
4) Comfort
The coffee capsules are deposited in a discreetly housed the collection container in the machine, which can be easily removed and emptied after about 8 coffees. Just as easily, the drip-catcher is removed under the coffee dispenser. Then fits a wonderful latte macchiato glass under the dispenser.
5) Nespresso quality and taste
Again and again we have tried 'time capsules of other providers that now fit into Nespresso machines and are slightly cheaper. When tasting it remained: we are sobered and repentant return to the original.
The Nespresso flavor and -Genuss is not reached! And that's what matters. Even Italian friends, we served espressos with us, sang praises with transfigured and skyward view the Nespresso flavor.
Not for nothing does Nestle a multiple billion -Sales only with its capsules! We can only hope that the Nestle adolescent competition (now Aldi Süd with its own espresso machine and capsules own - that do not fit in Nespresso machines: too big) pays and eventually flatters us with a price reduction !!!
